Executive Coaching

The Executive coaching package is designed for senior leaders, C-level succession candidates and business owners who want to lead at their optimal performance to drive results. The coaching process is over 9 to 12 months using in-depth assessments, stakeholder feedback (pre and post), progress checkpoints and summaries. A coaching plan is customized to achieve measurable results.
