The Leadership coaching package includes 12 sessions, over 6 months, with assessments customized to specific development goals. For the assessment debriefs, sessions are extended from one hour to 2 hours. Sample assessments: Hogan, Myers-Briggs or EQi and stakeholder interviews.
Example coaching areas include:
- New leadership role or promotion
- Leading change or transition
- Managing conflict
- Addressing specific development gap, such as, having difficult conversations, improving communications, enhancing influence
- Emerging leader – high potential
- First-time manager, such as senior sales or IT professional shifting to management role
